Often real-estate businesses face a challenging issue to send marketing materials to their prospects/clients using various third-party platforms. They need a process, implemented in place to support the CRM in Salesforce with the plethora of marketing tools that they use to connect with their prospects/customers. Integration plays a key role to unify the systems and minimize the platform dependencies to provide seamless digital experiences.
Goal/Problem
Create a process in Salesforce and integrate with multiple third-party marketing platforms so that clients can be sent various marketing materials.
Solution
We implemented a process utilizing a Salesforce Lightning Component which made it easy for sales users to select marketing materials (in this case different prospectuses on investments) and send them to prospects and existing customers.
These print and email marketing materials are compiled and sent out by third parties utilizing software other than Salesforce. We built an integration into each, allowing for constant updates on delivery status right back into Salesforce. Now the client knows which marketing materials were sent to which customers and can market to each customer in a more targeted way in the future, using the Salesforce systems. We also built white space reports to show products that have not been marketed to customers. Combined, the ease of use, integrations, and reporting have allowed for a smarter and more streamlined marketing fulfillment process.
