Salesforce Architects (CPQ & Billing)

A5 is looking to hire experienced Salesforce Architects familiar with CPQ and Billing. Ideal resource will have 6-8 years consulting experience and at least 4 years experience implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.

Location: Multiple locations available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers and project teams, designing advanced and integrated solutions to enable client success
  • Partnering with sales and partners in pre-sales activities, presenting A5’s capabilities and creating clear deliverables and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform in an organized SOW
  • Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
  • Provide product and technical expertise when scoping out a project and deliverables including estimation of work efforts and skill sets for each phase of the project.
  • Managing client and project team expectations, review solution architecture to ensure they adhere to the best practices and meet customer implementation needs
  • Provide support as a primary POC and resident expert; assist in the development of reusable assets
  • Participate and lead internal and external learning and sharing activities, including conferences and technical presentations.
  • A demonstrable growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners, clients, and industry contacts

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience of Salesforce, in a sales and delivery-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and relationships in the ecosystem
  • Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their business needs into a technical and functional solution.
  • Experience designing and implementing technology solutions across different industry sectors.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to deliver a project.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Experience in integration of other systems to the Salesforce platform (large-scale data migration is a plus)
  • Strong willingness to progress and adapt within a fast-paced business and influence others to maintain course/ pace

Salesforce Account Executive

A5 is looking to hire experienced Salesforce Account Executives. Ideal resource will have 2-5 years experience.

Location: Multiple locations available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with partner sales teams identifying synergies around target accounts, building a pipeline and adding value to customers
  • Identify, develop and close on new services sales (new logos) to meet and exceed quota targets.
  • Maintain effective relationships internally – Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and leadership – to align all stakeholder interests and drive activity
  • Build key relationships with Directors and C level stakeholders within clients selling the breadth and depth of A5 services into the account
  • Lead, evaluate and co-ordinate sales bids to existing and new clients
  • Write client account plans and gain buy-in from A5’s leadership
  • Write proposals and manage commercial negotiations
  • Ensure Salesforce is kept up to date with pipeline and account information
  • Fulfill the role of trusted advisor and develop deep strategic relationships with Customers ensuring repeat business across platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and strong partner relationships
  • A disciplined and structured approach to sales including qualification and account planning
  • Experience presenting to and relating with Directors, VPs or C-level stakeholders, rapidly assess Customer environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively communicate opportunities for growth.
  • Nurturing and developing strong relationships with existing Customers and extend reach within their organizations for cross-selling and up-sell opportunities across platforms and services
  • Experience managing complex bids including RFPs
  • Experience with commercial negotiation
  • 2 – 5 years of professional services experience, ideally selling platform services, with demonstrable quota success
  • Ability to collaborate with partners, marketing and inside sales to build and execute complex account strategies and sales plays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as reporting and presentation expertise.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Travel as needed within a territory

Oracle Sales Cloud Technical Consultant

A5, an Oracle Platinum Partner is looking to hire an experienced Oracle Fusion CRM Technical consultant. Ideal resource will have 7+ years of experience as a Technical consultant and at least 1 year in Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CX products.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework ADF and Fusion Middleware
  • Experience with J2EE, ADF (Faces), ADF BC, ADF Tasks Flows / Portlets, Web Services
  • Strong Experience in developing web services: REST, SOAP, WSDL, Apache CXF, Apache Axis

Oracle CPQ Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a full time BigMachines / Oracle Cloud CPQ/ BMI Consultant in our growing CPQ consulting practice. Ideal resource will have extensive experience in designing and implementing BigMachines, impeccable track record and customer references.

The role of BigMachines consultant will also include:

  • Project Delivery / Implementation
  • Pre-sales demo’s
  • CoE Activities including intellectual property development

This resource is expected to perform full lifecycle Oracle BigMachines CPQ implementations. Prefer a resource based out of West Coast but open for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant professional experience
  • Engineering Degree or Business field of study, MBA or Masters a plus
  • Domain Expertise in Configure Price Quote(CPQ) applications and concepts, specifically in BigMachines BMI / Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Minimum 2, referencible ‘end-to-end’ BigMachines implementations
  • Demonstrated competencies in Management Consulting, Business Analysis and Requirements gathering
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience includes on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while gaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Certifications in BigMachines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with any CRM tools such as CRM OnDemand, Oracle Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud etc..

Travel and Work Requirements

  • Must be able to travel nationally Mon-Thu to customer sites as needed.
  • Must be able to work remote when not travelling
