We are looking for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Solution Architects / Lead
A Salesforce CPQ & Billing Solution Architect / Revenue Cloud Solution Architect would work directly with the project team and clients, gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement SFDC CPQ. He/she should have solid functional and industry knowledge and knowledge of other Salesforce products: Sales Cloud and Communities is required. Service Cloud and or Marketing Cloud are nice to have.
As a Salesforce CPQ & Billing Solution Architect / Lead your role will include:
- Provide solutions leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions
- Document As-Is business processes, business requirements, and solution designs for Salesforce platform
- Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements
- Analyze, design, and configure SFDC CPQ & Billing solutions
- Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations
- Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with customers and various team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworker
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience defining business requirements and use cases
- 3-5 Years hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementation
- Product Selection, Bundling and Configuration Rules, Pricing and Discounting, Quote Output Generation, Contracting Process
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities and nice to have Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience and certification
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Ideal Candidate would also have prior experience implementing Billing and has Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge
- Ability to work during customer time zones (EST, CST or PST)
